Providing Trainings and Consutations on Lifting Operations Safety for the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC)

Ensured all works are performed in full compliance with ExxonMobil Safety policy; •Participated in audits of contractors' construction activities and operations; •Carried out HSE incidents investigations, compiled Investigation reports; •Conducted daily safety inspections of contractors' construction activities and operations; •Performed daily assessment of Leading Indicators, filled in the relevant daily and weekly reports; •Supported Sealift Operations while heavy-weight Production Modules were delivered on barges from Korea and unloaded at Chayvo port; •Conducted safety trainings to ENL staff as well as to Contractors employees •Prepared and conducted safety meetings; •Participated in development and revision of HSE training modules and presentations Total manhours worked without loss time incidents: on Odoptu project over 15 million m/h; on Chayvo OPF Expansion project worked over 5 million m/h.

Ensuring application of Project Safety Management Plan and Site Safety Plans on both Komsomolsk and SovGavan construction sites; - Liaising with ENL safety managers; - Managing workshop safety inspectors (8 persons); - Conducting daily inspection of work shops and sites; - Compiling weekly safety statistics’ reports and incident reports. - Preparing and conducting General safety meetings on construction site; - Taking part in weekly meetings on Construction and Safety. - June-July 2004: Head of Expedition on delivery of Orlan modules from ASP to Ulsan, Korea on Zeya Transportation Floating Dry-Dock. Total manhours worked without loss time incidents exceeded 3 million m/hours.
